Integrated Management System

Autostrada dei Fiori S.p.A. has defined an Integrated Policy on Management Systems in line with the aims and context of the Organisation. It summarises and outlines the principles and objectives, identified by the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer, with which it intends to manage the Company.

In particular, through the Integrated Policy, Autostrada dei Fiori S.p.A. guarantees the commitment of the entire Organisation to the adoption and continuous improvement of its Management Systems.

In order to achieve, maintain and improve the quality standards defined for the satisfaction of the primary customer (Grantor, Ministry of Infrastructure) and the end customer (motorway user), for environmental protection and sustainability, for motorway user safety by aiming to prevent accidents and reduce the severity of their consequences within the limits of its remit, and for occupational health and safety, Autostrada dei Fiori S.p.A. has adopted an Integrated Management System consisting of Management Systems implemented in compliance with international standards ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 39001 (Road Safety) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), which are certified by an accredited third-party certification body.

UNI EN ISO 9001

Quality Management System, the instrument for conducting company business aimed at ensuring user continuity of service, practicability and safety of the road network, maintaining the efficiency of the infrastructure, the functionality of the stations, traffic assistance and ancillary services.

UNI EN ISO 14001

Environmental Management System, the tool dedicated to conducting company business aimed at ensuring compliance with applicable legal environmental requirements, improving environmental protection and sustainability, and minimising the impacts generated directly or indirectly by the organisation.

UNI ISO 39001

Road Traffic Safety (RTS) Management System, the tool for conducting the company activities that seek to prevent accidents and reduce the severity of their consequences within the Organisation’s area of remit.

UNI ISO 45001

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) System, the instrument for conducting company business aimed at ensuring safe and healthy workplaces, preventing work-related injuries and illnesses, and continuously improving OHS performance.
