The Autostrada dei Fiori Customer Relations Centre provides assistance to motorway customers.
Operators are available for:

• resolve any inefficiencies;
• provide information on the traffic situation;
• provide assistance and travel-related information;
• provide assistance on the various types of payment
• carry out toll reimbursement procedures.

In addition, at this office it will be possible to manage non-payments and credit slips issued by the concessionaire and the other companies participating in the Reciprocity Agreement:
