Customer Relations Centre
The Customer Relations Centre provides assistance to Telepass and Viacard customers, offering a complete service that includes preliminary information, contract stipulation, and the resolution of any issues such as the loss of a card or a change of vehicle linked to a Telepass device.
Demagnetised prepaid Viacard toll cards can be immediately re-magnetised at the Customer Relations Centre or, if the holder is damaged, the card can be handed in and a free duplicate sent to the customer’s address.
At the Customer Relations Centre, it is also possible to cash in credit slips and pay unpaid toll charges, limited to those issued by Autostrada dei Fiori, Milano Serravalle and the following ASTM Group companies: SATAP, SALT, ATIVA, SAV, and Asti-Cuneo.
These services are carried out by staff, including through a computer link with the Autostrade per l’Italia database.
